Three flat sizes, many folds
We print three flat sheets. The 8.5″ × 11″ sheet folds into a classic trifold brochure or a two-panel menu. The 11″ × 17″ sheet folds in half into a four-page menu, and the 11″ × 25.5″ sheet folds into a long multi-panel menu.
Flat prices start at $399, $689 and $1,159 for 2,500. Folding is a flat fee per tier: $30 for 2,500, $45 for 5,000 and $60 for 10,000.
Brochures for service businesses
A trifold brochure explains what a postcard has no room for: a price list, a list of services, before and after photos and a short story about the business. Leave one at every estimate so the customer has the details when deciding.
Service companies often pair a brochure with business cards, so the decision maker gets both the detail and the number to call.
Mailing a folded piece
A flat 8.5″ × 11″ sheet qualifies for USPS Every Door Direct Mail. Folded pieces have their own rules, and our ready-to-mail EDDM packages are set up to meet them.

Coated stock that holds color
Menus and brochures print on 100lb coated text with an aqueous coating, so photos stay sharp and the sheet folds cleanly without cracking.
Design for menus and brochures
Menu design is $129 for 8.5″ × 11″ and $159 for the larger sheets, since there is more text to lay out. You approve a proof before printing, which matters with prices on the page.
